We ask our teams to engage, challenge, and fix work-related tasks as they happen. Pit Stops can be conducted at any time, usually before starting a task or whenever something changes, the pocketbook provides an easy-to-use reference guide on the critical controls, with illustrations and a QR code to further explore how the work should be done.
