R U OK? Day is our national day of action where we ask colleagues, friends and family “are you OK?’ in order to start a meaningful conversation with someone we think may be struggling.

At Gamuda, we take the mental health of our employees, contractors and partners seriously and have a number of initiatives running across our project sites and offices not just today, but throughout the year.
